BestPicks is a small affiliate comparison site focused on bearded dragon and reptile husbandry gear. It is run by Corey Bohannon. The goal is simple: help keepers buy the right UVB, heat, enclosure, and substrate the first time — with citations, not invented review scores.

How we choose products

• We prioritize gear that matches modern husbandry guidance from sources like ReptiFiles, manufacturer specs (Arcadia, Zoo Med, Spyder Robotics, Bio Dude, Zen Habitats), and widely referenced keeper discussions.
• We compare features, mounting requirements, and known failure modes — not “top 10” listicles padded with products we have not researched.
• We do not invent Amazon star ratings, review counts, or “#1 bestseller” claims. When we mention a product, we describe what the manufacturer states and how it fits the care standard.
• Prices change constantly on Amazon; we link to search or product pages rather than quoting dollars that go stale overnight.
